Consistent quality, good value
This was my third time buying from Boux Avenue, this time I got a multiway bra and some high waisted knickers. As always, the items were true to size and the fabric felt durable. I've always been happy with their consistency, and the prices are reasonable, especially during sales. I appreciate that I know what to expect with their sizing. Their lounge sets are also great.
Good quality, fast shipping
I ordered a satin robe and some matching silk pyjamas. Package arrived in about 6 days after ordering, which is pretty good for international shipping to the US. The quality feels really nice, soft material. They fit well according to the size chart too.
Decent purchase, minor issue
I bought a couple of sets of lace knickers and a t-shirt bra. The bra fits really well and is comfy, but one pair of the knickers had a small loose thread after the first wash, nothing major though. Delivery took 8 days to reach Texas, which was a bit longer than I hoped. Customer service was okay when I asked about tracking, helpful enough. Overall, good value for the price, just a tiny snag on the knickers.
